American Vintage’s
Community-Led China Launch.
For American Vintage, we built a China strategy that was as authentic as it was ambitious.
Launching on Little Red Book, we seeded the brand through KOLs, media and
community-led storytelling, creating meaningful engagement with both Mainland
consumers and the diaspora. From Hong Kong store openings to the first Mainland pop-up,
every step was designed to connect global heritage with local culture.
20 Stores in China, in Under a Year.
American Vintage chose an offline-first strategy, opening doors across Mainland China to invite consumers to feel the quality and craftsmanship of the brand firsthand. Each store is designed as an immersive touchpoint. In a landscape dominated by digital, this tactile approach has build authenticity, trust and lasting connection with Chinese consumers.
Curating Community, Not Just Seeding.
Our proprietary Kurator tool powers a KOL strategy that is targeted, creative and deeply curated. By combining data-driven insight with cultural expertise, we build communities that feel authentic — from nano-creators to celebrities — united by a genuine love for the brand. Every collaboration is intentional, aligning the spirit of American Vintage with voices that value its products and ethos. It’s an approach that goes far beyond traditional seeding, rooted in market knowledge and brand understanding, designed to foster lasting advocacy.
From Marseille to Mainland,
Style Without Borders.
With American Vintage, our role as their Chinese marketing agency is about building together. By working closely with both global and local teams, we’ve developed a partnership grounded in mutual respect and creativity. Spanning strategy, creative, social media, influencers and activations, our work is defined by trust and collaboration — allowing us to go beyond scope, anticipate needs and add lasting value.
