We launched amika on Tmall Global with a bold creative collaboration:
a partnership with Voguing Shanghai. Dancers from the community expressed the
brand’s playful, diverse and professional spirit through movement, transforming hair
into an art form. The campaign cut through as a statement of inclusivity and creativity,
instantly connecting amika with a culturally attuned Chinese audience.

Influence With Intention.

Through our proprietary Kurator™ tool, we built a matrix of authentic KOCs and high-impact KOLs to deliver content that felt both credible and inspiring. By combining grassroots voices with influential creators, we amplified amika’s hero product Kure™ repair, driving awareness across platforms and positioning it as a must-have solution for damaged hair. The strategy elevated amika into the top two imported masks during the critical 618 shopping festival.

Sustainability Made Social.

As a certified B-Corp, amika’s values are central to its brand story. We brought this to life in China with Globuy through the “FUN BOTTLE SLOW STORE” campaign — a recycling initiative where empty bottles could be exchanged for amika products. By blending sustainability with smart sampling and digital storytelling, the campaign activated brand purpose while engaging thousands of consumers both online and in community groups.

From Salon Chair to Storefront.

To reinforce amika’s professional credentials, we facilitated a partnership with IL COLPO,
one of China’s most prestigious hair salons. Through in-salon product displays, hairstylist
endorsements, and content-driven activations, we created a seamless offline-to-online
journey that guided consumers directly to amika’s Tmall store. This blend of high-touch salon
credibility and digital reach deepened trust, strengthened awareness,
and turned trial into conversion.
